Products are delivered digitally via email, as physical courses or events, or through postal services or freight carriers. Please remember to check your spam filter for digitally delivered products.

Products can be purchased using VISA, Mastercard, and Mobilepay.

All prices are in Danish Kroner excluding VAT for businesses and including VAT for private customers unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions and Installment Payments

For subscriptions and installment payments, the subscription fee or installment amount stated on the product page will be automatically charged for each subscription period or installment. A receipt for the charge will be sent via email.

You will receive an email confirming your subscription enrollment upon subscribing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself by clicking the link provided in each invoice. The cancellation is immediate, and there will be no further invoicing or charges after cancellation. However, already issued invoices must still be paid. You can also contact hn@mannor.dk for assistance.

Installment Payment

By signing up, you have committed to paying the full amount even if you have chosen to pay in installments.

Changing Payment Cards

If you wish to change the card on which the subscription or installment payment is charged, you can do so by clicking the link provided in each invoice.

Delivery

Delivery usually occurs within a few minutes, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 5 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you decide to cancel your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at hn@mannor.dk, and you will receive a full refund. (Not applicable to physical products)

NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered goods and services once the purchased item is used, as it cannot be returned thereafter. The product is considered used once payment is completed, and you have received your invoice and thereby gained access to the specific course or online workshop.

By purchasing a subscription, you consent to the forfeiture of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

For workshops, events, and online or physical programs, cancellations made less than 1 month before the event are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. However, you are always welcome to transfer your spot to another person.

Digital Products

Digital products are yours to own indefinitely, unless otherwise indicated or until the subscription is terminated. We are not obligated to host the material indefinitely. It is the buyer’s responsibility to download and back up the material in case of loss of access. However, we will always provide at least 14 days’ notice if access is to be discontinued. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain and update the email address to which we send notifications.

Rights

All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to Management by Nordved ApS. Purchasing grants a license solely for using the purchased product as specified under the respective product.
