Ready to be a part of the management group in the company?

A broad CTO – Head of IT role with responsibility of multiple platforms in a flat organization structure with reference to CEO. You will be part of the management group, involved in commercial discussions and decisions, where your role is to support the business in the best possible way with great IT solutions. You are directly responsible of 9 employees, and we expect you to handle business communication with great finesse. You will also drive the IT projects in the company being hands-on along with the manager role.

The company has an interesting tech-stack and the task today is to improve and optimize the existing IT. In the next years there is great potential in the company to take the IT to the next level with even more exiting initiatives to improve the full commercial setup. The ability and mindset to handle a critical, high-uptime environment with many transactions per day as well as experience in stakeholder management in a C-level environment and across countries is crucial for the company.

We are looking for the CTO with direct management of technical employees and project lead experience, who would like to be part of the management group and take part in deciding how the IT should improve business in the future. If you have the mindset of a hands-on profile with business understanding with great energy and communication skills – we would like to hear from you.

Danish and English is equally important.
